How to order
You can order via my shop, email, telephone and even on Ebay. Paypal deals with all payments, so your bank details are never disclosed to me. After your payment has cleared I aim to despatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), however, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. All items will be gift boxed or bagged, wrapped in bubble wrap and to ensure maximum protection, posted in a padded envelope.
Refunds
I will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost or gets damaged in transit. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Should you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email Gayle within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
